Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and reach overhead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Move between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce areas as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl's processes.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled sections.
• Set up promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate register quickly and accurately and memorize PLU codes.
• Handle customer inquiries, processing returns, and resolving issues.
• Help keep inventory accurate and minimize stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks for the next shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
