Lidl is hiring Store Associates in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will handle checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotional setups, all within one shift. Your role supports daily operations and offers opportunities to learn Lidl’s global business from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and reach above head height frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service to make their trip easy and encourage return visits.
• Seamlessly switch between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce to meet store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl's processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
