Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
• Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to 45 lbs. and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service that makes their trip easy and leaves them excited to shop at Lidl again.
• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like bakery or produce to meet real-time store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl's processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas to meet Lidl's quality standards.
• Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
• Keep the store clean across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Create a smooth checkout experience by operating the register quickly and accurately (including PLUs).
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues professionally.
• Help keep inventory accurate and stock-loss low via inventory control measures.
• Ensure a safe environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time for next shift.
