Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to 45 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl’s processes.
• Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
• Set up and organize promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards across store areas.
• Operate the register quickly and accurately, memorize PLU codes.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve issues.
• Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention measures.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with daily tasks for smooth shifts.
