The position emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and high cleanliness standards across the sales floor, restrooms, and parking lot. You’ll help maintain accuracy in inventory and customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and areas like bakery or produce.
• Meet productivity goals by working with urgency and following Lidl’s processes.
• Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas for quality.
