Job summary

Michaels in Troy, Michigan is seeking friendly team members to help customers find products, answer questions, and ensure a fast checkout experience while maintaining a well-stocked, inviting store.

You will assist with truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and omni‑channel orders (BOPIS/SFS), participate in framing sales, and support store recovery, safety, and shrink programs while upholding our brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) maintenance
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
