Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission and support training and services for people seeking independence. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and performing general store duties.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. The position is not supervisory, but offers opportunities to learn and contribute to community programs while working in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas of the store.
• Keep store, dressing rooms, and bathrooms clean and organized.
• Adhere to Goodwill policies and procedures.
• Assist in loading/unloading Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety compliance.
