Job summary

Michaels Destin is seeking a store team member to help customers, keep shelves stocked, and run quick, friendly checkouts. You’ll support truck unloading, restocking, and merchandising, while promoting rewards programs and contributing to a positive store environment.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; ability to stand for long periods; and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed. Team members receive employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll if applicable.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
