Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Destin store is seeking a friendly retail associate to build relationships with customers and help them find the right framing solutions.

You will deliver sales and production results, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, well merchandised store environment. Responsibilities include assisting with omni-channel processes, stocking and safekeeping, and providing excellent service in a climate-controlled public space.

Qualifications

• The job requires basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and ability to serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers find framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results and complete framing orders on time.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standards.
• Maintain a ready-made frame department and stock rooms.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes and store merchandising.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support shrink and safety initiatives.
• Provide friendly customer service and a well merchandised, in-stock store.
