Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience and engage with customers.
• Adhere to operating procedures for ringing purchases and returns.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and support floor recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and follow all policies.
• Support labor laws, shrink reduction, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet business needs.
