Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns, handle cash and credit functions per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety programs.
• Support shrink reduction and labor policy adherence.
