Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares items for sale floor.
• Keeps store clean, organized, and safe; participates in recovery.
• Participates in safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
