The HomeGoods team at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking individuals who deliver outstanding customer experiences and keep our store clean, organized, and welcoming. You will engage with customers, support merchandising processes, and assist with transactions while upholding loss prevention standards.

You should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively with teammates, and adapt to changing store needs. Cross-training across areas may occur to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor.
• Rings purchases and returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Supports store safety, cleanliness, and loss prevention goals.
• Participates in store recovery and other duties as assigned.
