Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. – HomeGoods in Redlands, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, keep the store clean and organized, and support everyday operations across departments.

You will greet customers, process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in store recovery and safety. Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability are valued, with opportunities for growth within the TJX family.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers.

• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Supports labor laws and loss prevention policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
