You may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store and contribute to loss prevention and safety programs. Responsibilities include handling purchases and returns accurately, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and upholding merchandising standards while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and safety on the sales floor
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
