Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and shrink-reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
