Job summary

Michaels stores in Chelmsford, MA are seeking team members to assist customers, process checkouts, and participate in merchandising. You will help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

This role involves unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while upholding SOPs and safety guidelines. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Ability to assist customers and respond to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
