Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a team member at our Chelmsford, MA location to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store standards to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and coordinating Omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and standard procedures.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
