Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from back room to correct areas of the store floor.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor and maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers and direct complaints to management.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and assist in loading/unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
