Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma in Oklahoma City is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service while supporting store operations such as stocking, pricing, and handling donations. You will engage with customers and donors, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and cash-handling procedures.

The role requires punctuality, good communication in English, and a positive attitude. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and opportunities for advancement are available

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Desire to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Properly distribute inventory from the back room to the correct areas.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and presentable on the sales floor.
• Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill.
• Must be able to perform tasks according to work instructions.
• Ensure security of all company assets and donations.
