Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers while performing general store duties such as sorting, processing and merchandising. This is not a supervisory role.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k; the organization also offers the RISE program to help employees grow personally and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Distribute items from the back room to the correct areas.
• Clean and straighten items on the floor.
• Maintain store housekeeping.
• Assist in loading and unloading of Goodwill trucks and trailers.
• Attend safety training and follow safety rules.
