Job summary

Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado is hiring for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 as a Retail Associate. Start wage is $20.00/hr with Full Time and Part Time hours available. Minimum age 16, able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.

English fluency required. Housing is not provided. This role supports guest service, gear fitting, and cross-department tasks to ensure an exceptional mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum age 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
• Outfit guests with outdoor gear and advise on latest products.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
