Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Crested Butte, CO is hiring for winter seasonal roles including cooks, drivers, instructors, and more. Roles offer full- or part-time hours for the 2026/27 winter season with housing, and access to mountain passes and training.

The expected pay range is$12.14/hr - $16.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
