Boulder County Community Services Department is seeking to hire a Fast Track Work Crew Leader. Duties will include: directing and managing work projects for non-profit community agencies; transporting offenders safely to and from work site in County van; communicating with work sites and participants in advance to confirm registration and site expectations; recording attendance data and documentation; outreach to prospective sites for Fast Track Crews; maintaining a safe work environment by providing proper instructions, anticipating unsafe circumstances, supervising use of safety equipment; working with crew when needed to complete assigned projects; maintaining records of attendance and hours of completion; documenting and reporting behavior problems and incidents involving injury; and performing related duties as required.
This is an hourly, non-benefited position that will work 4-12 hours per week, Saturday 7:45am - 4:15pm and Monday - Friday with flexible hours. This position will work remote and out of 1777 6th St., Boulder; and 1035 Kimbark St., Longmont. Under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines, this position is non‑exempt(eligible for overtime).
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.
$25.00 - $29.80 Hourly
