Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter seasonal roles including Rental Associates. You will deliver world-class guest service, assist customers with rental equipment, and provide gear and services for an exceptional outdoor experience. Roles are winter seasonal 2026/2027 with both full-time and part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
• Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
