Vail Mountain, part of Vail Resorts, is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The Retail Lead role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, generating sales, and safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Previous snow sport industry experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and maintain a professional standard of guest service.
• Open and close store.
• Evaluate sales trends and drive growth.
• Manage retail and rental inventory and meet goals.
• Enforce cash handling policies and other loss prevention.
• Lead the sales floor team and rental process.
• Mentor and train a sales team with effective communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Ensure pricing is current and promotions are applied.
• Stock shelves and merchandise.

Job Responsibilities:
