Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 for seasonal Retail Associate positions at Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, VT. Join our team to help guests gear up and enjoy the outdoors; no experience required and on-the-job training is provided. The starting wage is $20.00 per hour.

Roles span cashiering, rentals, or guest services with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). Fluency in English is required.

• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
