Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is hiring a Retail Associate for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will help guests outfit with the latest outdoor gear and provide great service; no experience required and training provided.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr, with full-time and part-time shifts. Minimum age is 16, housing is not available. We offer strong benefits including ski passes, employee discounts, a 401(k) plan, training opportunities, and wellness support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and be active on the job.
• Fluent English communication is required.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends.

• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Assist with cashiering, rentals, or other departments as needed.

Role

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
