Epic Mountain Gear in Basalt, CO is hiring a Retail Associate for the Seasonal Summer 2026 period. You will greet guests, advise on gear, and help fit customers with the latest outdoor equipment. Strong customer service and a willingness to learn are required.

The role spans full- and part-time shifts with potential cross-department duties. Starting wage is $20/hr with a focus on safety, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional mountain experience.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
