Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or management preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort around a wide range of merchandise; firearms in FFL locations with certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, and procedures.
• Monitor loans and buying transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
