FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Memphis, TN to partner with the Store Manager in leading daily operations and driving profitability. You’ll coach team members, deliver top-notch customer service, and manage cash handling, merchandising, and performance metrics in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, or key-holder roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across merchandise categories.
