Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability and prior management exposure.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff, recruit and retain talent, and promote customer satisfaction.
• Open/close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
• Monitor inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
• Drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
