You will coach employees, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive store performance while partnering with the Store Manager on daily operations. This role offers hourly pay of $17.50–$21.50 plus commissions and bonus opportunities, with benefits like earned wage access, 401(k) auto-enrollment, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to support business objectives.
