Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Memphis team. The role supports the Store Manager, drives daily store operations, and promotes a customer-centric environment.

You will help recruit and develop staff, maximize sales, and ensure high standards of service and asset protection. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $21.50, plus commission on transactions and a bonus based on store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily store operations and foster a customer‑centric environment.
• Train and develop store staff, recruit top talent.
• Assist in achieving financial goals and optimizing profitability.
• Monitor assets and ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Maintain store presentation, inventory, and POS operations.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
