Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is hiring an Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Memphis team. Earn $17.50 to $21.50 per hour plus commission; up to 8% on transactions and additional hourly earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager with daily operations and staff development.
• Lead customer relations and satisfaction initiatives.
• Open and close store, manage cash drawers and assets.
• Monitor asset protection and inventory procedures.
• Oversee loan/merchandising processes and store reporting.
• Promote store standards and profitability.
