Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Memphis to lead day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager. The role focuses on team development, customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals while ensuring compliance with asset protection policies.

You will work a retail schedule with an hourly base rate and eligibility for commission based on productivity and store performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and additional programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6+) months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Comfort with firearms in some locations and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage store personnel.
• Open and close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Maintain asset protection through inventory control and proper procedures.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store systems.
