In this role you will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, recruit top talent, and drive profitability while providing excellent customer service.

The position offers an hourly wage with commissions and bonuses, plus strong benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work 40+ hours weekly including weekends.
Must lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience supervising others.
Willingness to work with firearms/certification.

Responsibilities

Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues.
Assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
Open/close the store and protect assets.
Ensure asset protection and manage loan processes.
Oversee inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
Drive profitability through goals and strong communication.
Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
