Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on duty for staffing, scheduling, and customer issue resolution.
• Lead and train store personnel using LIDS training programs and policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory processes.
• Support recruitment and development of team members and drive in-store sales strategies.
