Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Clarksville, IN location. This part-time role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will manage store operations, training, and scheduling while upholding Lids’ brand standards and policies. This position offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized retailer.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive environment and align work with company objectives.
• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising, and cleanliness per standards.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
• Safeguard assets through accurate cash handling and inventory management.
