Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead store operations and sales performance. You will manage staffing, training, and day-to-day activities to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.

You will supervise associates, ensure adherence to company policies, and collaboratively work with the Store Manager to maintain a high-energy, inclusive store environment. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and related tasks.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS programs and goal setting.
• Maintain discipline processes with verbal and written warnings when needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and adhere to brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak times and unexpected absences.
• Support recruiting and training of store personnel; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive selling strategies to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations promptly to 'make it right.'
• Maintain visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Open/close the store in accordance with procedures.
