Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.

• Excellent customer service, organization and communication.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe environment with professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors swept/mopped, and waste removed.
• Other duties as assigned.
