Family Dollar in Louisville, MS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and develop the team. You will assist with daily tasks, help customers, manage merchandise flow, and uphold company standards across the store.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks described.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect and secure all company assets
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates
• Maintain clean and safe environment for customers and staff
• Other duties as assigned
