This part-time role emphasizes training Store Associates, maintaining clean aisles and stockrooms, protecting assets, and following company policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reading of directives is required
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks related to store operations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Assist in merchandising and stocking on the sales floor and stockroom
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain promotional displays and loss prevention
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and deposits
• Ensure store areas meet company standards and maintain cleanliness
