AT&T in Valencia, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and optimize store efficiency. You’ll lead a team, manage merchandising and product launches, and partner to meet sales objectives while ensuring a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/customer experience in telecommunications or related industry
• Prior management experience
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.
• Lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. Oversee store operations, manage and develop a team to ensure customers experience best-in-class services.
• Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily operation of a retail store.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
