Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Valencia, CA location. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead merchandising efforts, support product launches, and help the team meet ambitious targets, while promoting AT&T services and promotions. You will train and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales goals, participate in promotional events, and

Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
