Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cedar Park, Texas. You will be the heart of the store, driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer experiences on the floor and in training sessions.

You will lead scheduling, stock, POS operations, and merchandising, while upholding Lids standards and policies. The role reports to the Store Manager and includes opportunities for growth and wage advances.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive sales while reducing losses.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work without direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead store associates through training, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and customer service standards.
