Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team members to foster a fun, productive environment with focus on company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safeguarding of inventory and property.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations on the spot.
• Promote membership programs and in-store offers to customers.
• Execute operations directives and ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and prepare for inventory audits.
• Optimize backroom layout and visual merchandising for efficiency.
