Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Arlington, TX. You will lead store operations, coach team members, and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll handle scheduling, training, and adherence to company standards to deliver strong sales and a positive shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence, staff development, and achievement of KPIs while maintaining the brand’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling loss.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Communicate policies and ensure adherence to company standards and routines.
• Recruit and train shop staff on operations and customer service.
• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak periods and events.
