Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Raleigh. You will partner with store leadership to drive a culture of sales and performance, while supporting a team selling environment and ongoing coaching of associates.

In this role you will participate in store recruitment, set goals, and ensure staffing levels to reach targets. You will help manage employee relations in the Store Manager's absence and contribute to daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Prior management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to drive sales and performance.
• Support a team selling environment.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment.
• Teach, coach and train all store associates.
• Set reachable goals and ensure staffing for store goals.
• Handle employee relations issues in absence of Store Manager.
• Contribute to P&L analysis and safety of staff and customers.
