Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to drive a successful culture of sales and performance.
• Support a team selling environment.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment.
• Teach, coach and train all store associates within an established timeframe.
• Assist in setting realistic, yet ambitious goals and ensuring adequate staffing.
• Handle employee relations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Contribute to P&L analysis.
• Lead change and champion company initiatives.
• Ensure proper product merchandising per directive.
• Ensure safety and security of staff and customers.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
